As vice president of business development for Harvey Nash, Jane Gilligan Hamner is a key leader in developing and delivering a variety of IT solutions to clients nationwide. Jane leverages her extensive sales background and more than 25 years of recruiting experience to fulfill her clients’ unique talent needs. Prior to joining Harvey Nash in 2007, she served as VP of sales at TransTech and as a regional VP at Spherion.
Jane is also a founding partner of the Chicago Executive Women’s Networking Group and Executives’ Club of Chicago, sponsor and volunteer for i.c. stars and a sponsor for Chicago Innovation Awards.

Megan McCann, President and Founder of McCann Partners, is an established IT recruitment and technology services leader in Greater Chicago. She is known for building and leading highly successful IT services firms and for the work she does to advance diversity and cultivate talent across the technology industry.
In the course of a nearly two-decade career, Megan co-founded and helped build Geneva Technical Services (GTS) and was a strategic force in growing SelecTech — both premier IT recruitment firms. Megan’s responsibilities at each organization spanned every aspect of business development, management, client service, P&L oversight and solution design and execution. It was extensive and invaluable business management and recruiting experience, which prepared Megan well for her latest endeavor: launching and leading the Chicago-based McCann Partners. Founded in 2011, McCann Partners has already become a trusted talent acquisition partner to technology and business leaders across a variety of industries and is known for a hands-on and highly collaborative approach to meeting the IT talent needs of its clients.

Megan has a deep commitment to giving back to the local community, especially to organizations supporting young people and big dreamers. She has been actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois and i.c.stars, an organization dedicated to grooming future business and technology leaders where she serves as Board Member and Vice Chair of the Events Committee, as well as Strategic Advisor to their staffing services business line. Megan also has served on the Wittenberg University Alumni Association Board.

Leslie Vickrey, a Chicagoan with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, is focused on creating opportunities, making connections and raising awareness for the next generation of great companies and leaders both in Chicago and nationwide. As CEO of ClearEdge Marketing, an agency specializing in outsourced marketing solutions for high growth technology and talent management companies, she manages a team of more than 30 marketing professionals. Since founding ClearEdge nearly 10 years ago, Leslie and the ClearEdge team have consulted with a range of local companies, including ShopperTrak, bswift, Fieldglass, Corptax, ArrowStream, Aon Hewitt, SPR, Cleversafe and Ifbyphone.
Leslie’s passion for creating meaningful connections extends beyond ClearEdge. She is also a founding partner of the Chicago Executive Women’s Networking Group, which cultivates and nurtures relationships among senior-level women in IT leadership roles through quarterly dinner events. Beyond these initiatives, Leslie is actively involved in local tech organizations, serving on the Board of Directors as Vice Chair of the Marketing Committee for i.c.stars and on the Board of Advisors for the Chicago Innovation Awards, where she co-chaired their 2015 UnGala. As a strong believer in the power of knowledge sharing, Leslie is often called on to speak and moderate industry and local tech events, including sessions at Crain’s Chicago Small Business Week, Chicago Innovation Awards/Society of Information Management, Ms.Tech/Belly’s #Codefident series, Staffing Industry Analysts’ Executive Forum and TechServe Alliance’s Annual Conference. Leslie’s personal passions for education and animals are also evident through her philanthropic efforts, having formerly served on the board of directors for Union Park High School and currently supporting Cause for Paws.
